This will be in the "Preferences" section of your browser's "Edit" menu, also (go to "Advanced" then select "Cashe"). Choose either "Once every session" or "Everytime". The only pages that will have to load again should be the ones with new updates. If you have problems with a page, just hit the "Reload" button.

You can view this site in Netscape, but you may experience some javascript errors. This site uses a lot of javascript, so you need to have "Javascript Enabled". You can do this by going to your browser's "Edit" menu under "Preferences". Then, in "Advanced", just check the "enable javascript" box.
